Help Matrix

At the Netsmart Conference last week, NUG “kicked off” the new Help Matrix! This time – instead of paper - it will be accessible online. For those of you that remember our last Help Matrix (about 15 years ago) this will be good news! The Help Matrix is such a good tool – you will be able to see what other centers are doing and you will even be able to contact other centers/members with your questions. This information will be shared with NUG members only.

To help us gather as much helpful information as possible, we need each of you to complete the questionnaire (answer as many questions as you can) at the following link:
http://www.nugmis.org/survey

You may also access the link from this website as well.

Additional news from the Netsmart Global Conference…….
